Use of Software
Semaine grants you the right to access and use the Service via the website according to your subscription. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:
- the Subscriber determines who is an Invited User and what level of user role access to the relevant organization and Service that Invited User has
- the Subscriber is responsible for all Invited Users’ use of the Service;
- the Subscriber controls each Invited User’s level of access to the Service at all times and can revoke or change an Invited User’s access, or level of access, at any time and for any reason, in which case that person or entity will cease to be an Invited User or shall have that different level of access, as the case may be;
- if there is any dispute between a Subscriber and an Invited User regarding access to any organization or Service, the Subscriber shall decide what access or level of access to the relevant Data or Service that Invited User shall have, if any.
If you are a Subscriber on this website, you must keep your private user details confidential at all times (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server on which our website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website.
Payment for subscription and termination
The current Access Fee for the Service you have selected will automatically and immediately be charged to your payment instrument or account on the date that you complete your ordering process.
You are responsible for payment of all taxes and duties in addition to the Access Fee.
Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. The amount you are to pay will depend upon which term of subscription you choose.
At the end of each billing period these Terms will automatically continue for another period of the same duration as that period, provided you continue to pay the Access Fee, unless you terminate these Terms [by giving at least one month’s advance written notice] or we do so.
We may close or suspend your subscription, edit or remove content and cancel orders at any time at our sole discretion.
If You elect to terminate these Terms by providing one month’s’ advance written notice, You shall be liable to pay all relevant Access Fees up to and including the day of termination of these Terms.

The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Semaine with copyright authorship for this compilation by Semaine.
